Stern Pinball news · announcement dated September 18, 2026
Stern has removed John Wick Pro, Premium, and Limited Edition from active production. Here is what that change means—and what it does not mean—for buyers.
Active production has ended
In its September 18 announcement, Stern said John Wick had entered the Stern Vault. That means the three current models are no longer part of Stern's active production schedule. Stern also states that a vaulted title remains there for a minimum of two years, with no guarantee that it will return to production.
All three editions are affected
The Vault notice applies to John Wick Pro, Premium, and Limited Edition. The Limited Edition's original production remains capped at 1,000 games globally. This production-status change does not itself announce a new edition, a code release, or a change to existing machine specifications.
What to review before choosing a model
The official Top Features overview gives buyers a concise look at the machine's major shots and mechanisms, while Stern's Tips & Tricks video focuses on scoring and play strategy. The Evolution Pinball product page keeps the three models together for a direct comparison, and our software page retains the complete published code history.
