Overview

American Pinball announced Cirqus Voltaire in Classic and reimagined Ringmaster editions as an updated release honoring Bally's 1997 original. The two editions are grouped under the American Pinball 2026 entry and are identified as remake variants.

Players can choose the original rules or new rules. The updated presentation combines classic scenes with fully reworked 3D visuals, remastered stereo sound and modern RGB lighting.

Editions

The Ringmaster Edition has new cabinet, playfield and backbox artwork, Crystaluxe hi-gloss cabinet decals, interactive topper and scrolls, Wonder Rails of Light armor lighting, six hand-painted sculpts, interior art blades and a sparkle illusion purple powder coat. It is limited to 772 individually numbered units worldwide.

The Classic Edition uses the original artwork and polished nickel finish and is built to demand with no production cap. Its topper and scrolls are available as upgrades.

Gameplay and Hardware

Both editions include RGB insert and general-illumination lighting, a color-changing neon light bar, a 15% larger full-color HD screen, upgraded speakers, remastered audio, Wi-Fi software updates, PinAccess integration and American Pinball's QuickFlip flipper technology.

The updated code adds new and reworked features including Menagerie Mania, revised High Wire Multiball, Ringmaster Razz Multiball enhancements, an expanded Cannon Fire mode and a Cirqus Luck outlane ball saver.

Availability

American Pinball states that shipping begins in October 2026. Both editions were scheduled to be playable at Pinball Expo 2026 in Schaumburg, Illinois, from October 15 through 17. Orders are handled through authorized American Pinball dealers or the manufacturer's dealer-match form.
