Overview

Discotek is a two-player electro-mechanical Bally pinball machine with score-reel displays. The Open Pinball Database dates its manufacture to September 1965.

Contemporary documentation

Bally assigned Discotek game number 764. The Bally-Midway-Williams archival finding aid lists a 1965 folder of parts lists for that project, while a later Bally parts catalog also includes Discotek among the games it covers. Together, these records identify the documented machine as Bally's commercial base model rather than a remake, conversion, prototype, home game, or display prop.
